In Motion is an art exhibition that explores how movement can transform us and connect us to nature. Through 12 colourful paintings, artist Sara Boni shows the strength and uniqueness of her subjects, highlighting the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of moving outdoors. Inspired by a photoshoot in Adelaide’s parklands and her own experiences, the works capture moments of growth, healing, and perseverance. With a focus on movement and nature, In Motion invites viewers to feel the energy, renewal, and strength that comes from movement—whether through dance, intentional pause, or nature’s embrace.
