Wild by Nature is a captivating exhibition that celebrates the incredible diversity of wildlife across the natural world. Part of the renowned South Australian Living Artists (SALA) Festival, this exhibition features a wide range of artistic mediums, including 2D and 3D artworks. It explores the vast array of our flora and fauna while highlighting the delicate balance between humanity and nature. The exhibition invites viewers to reflect on their own connection to wildlife, sparking a deeper appreciation for the world around us.
Experience this dynamic mixed-media display, showcasing both realistic and conceptual representations of flora and fauna. With over 30 talented artists contributing, the exhibition offers a stunning variety of artistic expressions and mediums, including painting, printmaking, drawing, sculpture, textiles, ceramics, and mixed media.
Wild by Nature will be on display in the exhibition space at the Pepper Street Arts Centre, located at 558 Magill Road, Magill.
Join us for the opening on Sunday 27 July 2025 at 2:00 pm, opening speaker is Mark Smith, Conservation Manager at the Adelaide Zoo. At the launch you can enjoy a lively celebration featuring live music, artist demonstrations, face painting, and more. Throughout the exhibition, additional artist demonstrations will offer visitors a deeper insight into the creative process.
Admission is free, and all artworks are available for purchase. No bookings are required, and all are welcome to attend. The exhibition will be open until Friday, 29th August 2025, with the final day closing at 3 pm. Pepper Street Arts Centre is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 12 pm to 5 pm.
