“Hear me say this” is a virtual photographic exhibition exploring the power of vulnerability in a world that often silences it. Through a combination of self-portraits and remote photography sessions, it shares stories of people living with bipolar disorder, neurodivergence, and other mental health challenges.

Curated by photographer and mental health advocate Bianca Joanna, this exhibition brings together voices from across Australia and beyond. Each image is paired with a personal reflection, revealing the quiet strength it takes to be seen in a society still surrounded by stigma. “Hear me say this” is a reminder that we don’t need to be cured or polished to be worthy of visibility. We’re already whole, just as we are.
