Framed Perspectives is a collection of student landscape paintings that started with a photograph and grew into bold, imaginative artworks. The works are created with acrylic paint on a 40cm x 30cm canvas, using design principles to explore space and depth in creative ways.
Students were inspired by the styles and techniques of four artists—Howard Arkley, Vincent Van Gogh, Jeffrey Smart, and Dorrit Black—guiding their colour choices and stylistic approach. The result is a mix of perspectives, each one reflecting the student’s own unique take on their original landscape photographs
