This exhibition brings together artworks created within The Hospital Research Foundation Group (THRFG) - Creative Health programs. Working across diverse communities, including people caring for and living with chronic conditions, those impacted by injury and mental health, and Veterans of the Australian Defence Force.

Through art therapy, creative engagement, and supported art-making, clients of THRFG - Creative Health explore being human in the face of adversity. Rather than focusing on diagnosis, this exhibition centres on the shared human experience offering a powerful insight into individuals navigating health challenges, trauma, and life transitions. This showcases how we make meaning, express what is hard to say, and find moments of connection, strength, and reflection throughout life's challenges.
