Showcasing an array of delightful original artworks produced by 7 accomplished Loxton artists, the exhibition features artworks in a variety of mediums and styles, all available for purchase. Enjoy beautiful river scenes and landscapes, colourful abstracts, still life, native birds and animals, and portraiture. Oils, acrylics, water colour, graphite and collage feature throughout the display. Limited prints and cards also available to purchase.
The Anglican Church has transformed their hall into a Gallery/Tea Room offering 20 varieties of loose-leaf teas to tempt you to stay a while. All served from fine China tea sets, in a beautiful tranquil space for individuals or groups to spend quality time amongst the art and meet one of the resident artists. Soak up the ambience away from the bustle of everyday life, with the option of enjoying one of our specialty teas with homemade slice.
The Gallery also provides a vibrant space for visual arts workshops and demonstrations. During SALA, two workshops will be on offer – join us for Paint and Sip with Lyn Anstey, or Pour and Sip with Annie Delanie. More details can be found in our additional activities.
