I am a neuroscientist and an artist loving to discover the intermediating life in between.
This exhibition in SALA is unique and personally of great significance to me, because this is my Debut Solo Exhibition in the historic Scots' Church in North Terrace, Adelaide. This is also the very first time my art spans multidisciplinary fields of neuroscience, natural landscape and biodiversity conservation all at once. I am a Kangaroo Island Artist and many of my arts are exhibited in the Island's Gallery in Murray Road too, as part of the SALA. My most recent finished artworks highlight the rural community project of conservation and resilience among the native and endangered species of the Kangaroo Islands. My personal journey of being a neuroscientist for last two decades drive me to bring brain awareness through colorful stories in visual art.
