Artist Statement Ross Hood has been taking photographs on and off for most of his life. In fact he got his first Box Brownie camera at the age of nine from the late, great John Mack.

Even though, Ross has dabbled in other artistic disciplines with varying degrees of success in the past (music and video are two prime examples), taking photos has and always will be his lifelong passion.

Over the last five years Ross has been keenly interested in developing his skillsets in the photography field and has recently run a market stall showcasing his photos from around Adelaide.

Ross is a prime example of a talented artist who doesn't allow his disability to prevent him exploring the world around him.
