James Dodd: Adelaide Festival Centre Artist In Residence 2016

James Dodd: Adelaide Festival Centre Artist In Residence 2016.

Artist: James Dodd.

1 Aug - 3 Sep (various events and locations - see below for details)

James Dodd is Adelaide Festival Centre’s 2016 Artist-in-Residence.

"This project revolves around a revisitation of Fred Williams’ River Murray Scenes paintings on display in the Festival Theatre foyer. I have been curious to spend time examining this group of works and let them influence my own interest in landscape representation. A pivotal component of the project has been travelling to the Murray to better understand it, as Fred Williams did, 45 years ago."
